Terms of Use
These terms govern use of ryanngrauer.com and any audio, artwork, downloads, pages, notes, comments, supporter features, and related services offered through the site.
1. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, all music, artwork, logos, text, visuals, and downloadable materials on this site are owned by Ryan Grauer or used with permission. All rights are reserved.
2. Personal Use Only
You may listen to, view, and access the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, mint, sample for release, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from site materials without prior written permission.
3. Support Payments and Donations
Cash App and any future support links are voluntary support methods. Unless required by law, support payments and donations are final and non-refundable.
Digital purchases and merchandise
A direct music purchase provides a copy for personal listening, separate from voluntary support. It does not transfer copyright, publishing, master, resale, or commercial-use rights. When checkout is available, the price is displayed before payment. Downloads are available for seven days in the browser used to purchase. Keep your Stripe receipt and contact Ryan through the letter form if delivery fails or you need help with a purchase.
Merchandise marked as a study or in development is not offered for sale. Where an external merchandise store is linked, review that store’s product details, delivery, shipping, and return terms before purchasing.
4. User Submissions
If you submit a comment, letter, note, or supporter message, you confirm you have the right to send it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. By submitting content, you grant a limited license to store, review, moderate, and respond to that submission for site and artist communication purposes.
5. No Warranty
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, compatibility, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryan Grauer and affiliated operators, contributors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or relating to the site, its content, third-party links, support payments, downloads, or inability to access the site.
7. External Services
The site may link to third-party services such as Cash App, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Netlify, or Cloudflare. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Ryan Grauer is not responsible for their content, uptime, security, or actions.
8. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, automated abuse, interference, or reverse engineering.
- No fraudulent submissions or impersonation.
- No malicious code, spam, or attempts to bypass security.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
